010 Convert VB6 to C# + Redesign (Items/Owners)

We are converting our application from VB6 to C#.Net; This project involves converting up to 10 files (consisting of classes, modules and forms), with a total of 6,000 lines of code, including comments and blank lines. There are three larger forms, containing the majoprity of the code, but there is also a number of smaller files, all related to a specific part of the software. We need an experienced developer to take what we have, and apply the best design decisions for the optimal result. Currently all the code is within the forms - this needs to be separated out and put into separate classes. Two of the larger forms have very similar functionality, and so if possible, we would like a common base class. Although this may not be possible, up to the developer to discuss and decide. Unfortunately this section of code has not been separated from the main program, so we will have to work together to decide exactly which files are required. As such, users needs access to either Google Chat, Skype or MSN. A non disclosure agree will need to be signed, and we expect daily updates uploaded to our web server.
