Create an Instllation Wizzard with VBS

I need a VBS based installation wizzard. The wizzard should be well designed and of three pages. The middle page should present the EULA, the first page would be the introduction of the application and the third page is the installation result. Potentially, the wizzard would be built using internet Explorer as shown here: [login to view URL] In this case, of course, your work will include the CSS design, the HTML, the required script code, etc. I do expect you will take sample EULA, logos, and images online to finalize the wizzard.
