Simple Blackjack program (Visual Basic)

Hello, i'm looking for someone to develop a simple Blackjack program for me (Visual Basic). The main reason for this is because i'm working and learning in Visual Basic myself and therefor i want it to be programmed in that programming language. It should be very simple and compromised code, no extra features.. just shuffle and play. I'm looking for a programmer that worked with this kind of works before. The code should be easy to understand.
