30 Signups Needed for my Site

I would like 30 signups and I would be willing to pay $10.00 for each person that signs up or $300 for all of them. These sign ups must not be fraudulent and only one sign up per household. Each sign up must be a real person with a valid credit card. Signups are free initially, but they will be billed monthly if they do not cancel. Payment will occur after the website has verified each one and I get credit for them. Details must be provided on how you plan to get these signups! I will have other work also for you if you do a great job. Please ask any and all questions before bidding. Thank you!
