Magento stores development and deployment (two stores from one template)

We need to develop, deploy, and set up two Magento stores that will be based on the same template and should be controlled/administered from one interface. This project covers a COMPLETE dev cycle, that is, you will have to provide a FULLY functional sites that require no additional work on our behalf. Specifically, you will need to: 1) provide full assistance with installing and setting up Magento on our VPS 2) perform customization of the following template: [login to view URL] This will include changing the layout and structure of the home page. Implementing Ajax-driven one page checkout with cart (everything is on one page i.e. the cart is added to the checkout page, and the user can delete the item from the cart, affecting instantly the account order). Adding rating and review functionality (for every product listing). And also adding few small elements from [login to view URL] 3) install/setup all administration/locale/email extensions from [login to view URL] also setup eway payment extension from the same site. 4) install/setup [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 5) implement functionality for communicating with the suppliers': - import product images and descriptions from their database - import live price updates (most likely XML feeds, to be confirmed) - auto-generate and send orders to the suppliers for shipping. 6) deploy and test the developed sites 7) set-up one unified admin console for both stores. 8) assist in setting up SSL for both stores/domains 9) link twitter and linkedin When bidding PLEASE send us PM advising cost for performing the above WITH the provided template, and WITHOUT the template (i.e. you will have to implement it yourself) so that we can decide on the cheaper option.
