Website Designer for YouTube Style Page Wanted

I am looking for someone to finish the layout design for my website. . . Think of this website as " YouTube" style of site, it will be a place where people can search videos, create profiles and connect. . . I am looking for someone who can design the site -- We have a coder already so the work you do will get the functional aspects from someone else on the team. . . The site will have close to 10-13 pages. . . We already have a home page but we are always looking for improvements! Regardless I need someone who will work on this ASAP and get the job done. Here is an example of some pages: HomePage , Homepage when user is signed in ( like the style of youtube), member profile page with all tab options that a member would be able to see, search page, member look up page, company info pages, advanced search page, search options I want to hire someone who will work on this until i am happy with the design... Thank you concept of the website and busniess is - it would be a youtube style website - user's would log in and create a profile, they could upload videos and search videos - there would be a profile page with tabs of content like manage my videos, connections ,stuff like that - like i said before I have a programmer already so this would be only desgin.
