I went to your current website and wasn't impressed, as it is a very simple and plain one. It seems to me that you are looking to expand, otherwise you wouldn't want a new website with e-commerce functions, as well as marketplace functions. The fact that you looked into other sites, and what they provide to the users is very good - you now have at least a general idea of what could be done. Depending on your wishes (your project description was VERY brief - just a general outline really), the difficulty of the work and its cost will increase accordingly. I am willing to go as low as 10000 (after whatever freelancer.com takes out) and as high as 27000 to take you through all stages of planning and implementation, offering advice and counsel on what you can have, and should have. The only thing I can't really help with (and I warn you in ahead) is drawing the design - I am bad with graphics. So, if we agree to work together - you will need to hire a designer separately, so that he implements whatever we come up with in graphical way. The price includes the license for content management system - CMS, so that you can easily edit content, manage rights and permissions, and so on.
