I need a wordpress expert that tweaks the "one pager" template I am using and bring it into the design as shown attached. I am working together with a designer who will provide you with a layered PSD file from which you can extract all the required graphical elements from.
At the end it has to look exactly like on the graphical design you can find attached. Looking for a long term relationship for further improvements and updates.
Your offer will only be considered if you make a +/- 15% adequate and reasonable estimation of effort in hours.
