Wordpress Website for Arena Contractors

Hello, Looking for a Low-Budget, High-Impact Wordpress Website We are a group of contractors (electrician, plumber, landscape, roofer, painter, home remodel, carpet cleaner, snow removal, painting, garage door, etc.) Looking for a UNIQUE, clean, professional looking website (see [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] ), simple and informational, with a nice looking home page, and with pages about each of our services (Home, Services, About Us, Gallery, Testimonials, News/Specials (blog), Site Map). Site must have a clean cut, sharp design. Must have a blog to include regular fresh content for SEO purposes. All images and graphics must be extremely well done and look very clean. Website must be easily customized or edited via Wordpress (for specials, updates, coupons, etc.) All coding should conform to web standards' best practices and incorporate Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices (very important). Every page on the site must have a contact form where people can fill out with a quote request. I would like my clients to be able to fill out the contact form, then their info get emailed to me with their information and requirements. THI IS VERY IMPORTANT, we prefer customers to fill out the form instead of calling our number (we are always working on the field). Please quote using a theme and also customized template, both using our logo (attached) with some design changes to better match our business. Please present a few templates to pick the right one and make it work with logo. Contact form is very important to have it in every page. Ability to customize a Wordpress template which will require design as I am looking for someone experienced in html so we can be more creative if desired. The template must have the look and feel of a website, but with the CMS functionality, ease of use, and management capabilities of Wordpress. It is very important that the functionality of the site be a fully working CMS with the theme; so please include any plug-ins to fulfill that requirement. We want to be able to easily add content to the website such as; new pages, blog posts, videos etc. without having to consult a developer. I must be able to edit all the custom pages I request through the Wordpress dashboard. Applicants must be VERY experienced with Wordpress customization and design.
