Add a rainbow trail animation on our login page design

We have our current design on our login page with a space theme (access to that will be provided in chat) We want to add a rainbow trail ([login to view URL]) behind the rocket with the following requirements: - Rounded strokes fade off first before the color in the circle fading off - Change the size of the trail depending on the rocket size - Remove the green and blue colors *Developers must be familiar with Codeigniter and GitLab, as we have different developers working on the platform at the same time and it's they way for different developer teams to collaborate.
