Design your own bikini -- 2

I need to build a simple application to be used on a wordpress platform. We have a white swimwear mask, we need to be able add an imported image underneath the mask and move around and scale. Save to jpg for upload to a competition page. Needs to be simple but looks visually in inline with the web site.
