The developer needs to create the actual PSD image(attached is the sketch only) to a very responsive and interactive animation in which the user scrolls the page. The creative developer will be getting more bonuses. the development to be made in Vuejs as the actual website is made in Vuejs(front end). Attached the user journey to give an idea about how it will look like. when you respond, please mention the hours you need to complete the task.
