Integrate HTML into Wordpress - small changes in design

Hi Freelancers, I am looking for someone with a sound understanding of HTML and CSS to assist me with integrating some HTML files into Wordpress platform. There are only 10 pages for now. The website theme is already made and all the HTML files are done as well. What I need is: 1- To integrate all html files and create pages on wp 2- Tweak the design a bit (changing the bg color, etc,...) 3- help me with finding an ad publisher plugin The winner of this project must have a understanding of PHP/JavaScript/CSS/HTML. The ability to self-motivate, work autonomously and attention to details are the attributes I will be seeking for this bidder. You will be provided the HTML files and access to the wp admin panel.
