PLEASE READ FIRST: Creation of an online marketplace where multiple vendors can sell their products through one common platform to thousands of customers. It has to be guaranteed that the multivendor website is secure, scalable and brings all the important features promised by top marketplaces. Comparable Websites are: [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] The attached specification book provides an overview on the requirements for the Design and Programming of the Multi-Vendor Marketplace. In general the Bidding Firm is asked to be creative and pro-actively consult on the design and the functions of the marketplace. 1.) Please provide a Price and a clear timeline for the following phases: -design, -programming, -testing -commissioning 2.) Provide Information on how you plan to execute the Project. Are you using -open source e-commerce platforms, i.e. magento or cs-cart or Yo!Cart -or are you doing a tailor made Marketplace without using open source. Please explain why you chose a) or b). 3.) Please provide only top 5) references on market places and top 3) references on e-shops (please do not provide more than that!). Please do only provide references of market places which have been completely developed by you (not only partial involvement on certain functions). The Back-End functions for the admin, vendors and customers are very important; Front-end has to be of highest design and easy to handle anyways.
