Online Debt Portfolio Collection and Debt sales Auction and Registration system -- 2

Debtwebex, LLC is looking for an experienced software and program developer to design and develop our Account Receivable Management System to import Debt Portfolio to be auctioned while creating an online registration system to register debt. We are looking to have titles created and then register the Debt Portfolios on a secure cloud-based system that the general public can access through a one-time or membership-based portal, along with having a client and administrative portal. We would like to incorporate collection on various accounts receivables once imported. The software and program must be scalable to our business as it may grow exponentially within a quarter. The collection software must incorporate the laws, policies, and guidelines of the "FDCPA" and the FCRA. They must align with our systems and processes for compliance purposes. The Collection Management System must manage clients on the front-end and the account receivables to administrative functions on the Back end. The Collection Management program must include credit card integration, EFT. The software must have a link to the credit reporting agencies to report and update in real-time. The account executives must easily access account receivables with reminders and alerts attached to a calendar mirroring a CRM system for an effective follow-up process. Payments for Debtors must be imputed, and large files imported from an excel format tailored in synergy to our program. The account receivables management system must generate automatic receipts and statements. The administrative section should have the tools to calculate the percentages and productivity of each user while managing commissions and payroll while providing the administrator with monthly and yearly reports. We are looking to work with Buyers and Sellers of Debt and the General public to prevent Fraudulent Industry Debt Sales while creating Transparency in the processes involved.
