Portal for hosting and support odoo company

I want to develop a website which so similar to [login to view URL] to introduce hosting and implementation and support for odoo we have the following functionality - the customer will select one of three service [basic -> 10 hours of support, golden -> customization, enterprise -> odoo enterprise version] - customer will select a size of the organization and choose his hosting type - customer will select which modules he wants to use (similar to [login to view URL]) - customer will have a discount if subscribe to 12 months / 24 month - customer will select his subdomain (which create a new database instance from odoo) - customer will pay using visa card or sad service (next phase) - customer will be able to login to his account on odoo - limit the customer to the number of users which selected before - notify the customer of the renewal date of his subscription - the customer should have the ability to see his invoice and terminate his service and upgrade his bill - issue a new invoice for the customer - deactivate the user account after the grace period until pay the invoice - please share the following       * your previous experience (if you have any sample of your work, please share it)       * how long time will take for each task?       * which language you will choose? and which framework? ** HLD document should be provided ** all values should through configuration, ** more business will be added ** developer should have the capabilities to integrate with odoo, ** Odoo developers are preferred ** portal should support two languages Arabic / English ** the customer profile, payment transactions, and product profile should be integrated with odoo ERP of our organization
