website project for carpet company

I have various photographs from a local carpet company i usually find good templates on the net to change about myself, and ad din the photos, but i cant, now im looking for a webdesigner to tke these photos and give me a site template were i can just add the text. I have worked along side a few people in the past and have been let down badly so hopefull tthis time everythig will be OK
