I would like to hire a javascrip and/or Angular5/Typescript Software Developer

Picture shows two type of nodes (a group node, to which other nodes can be addded) and a normal node. a) The Yellow group nodes can only be top-level nodes and cannot ne part of any group themselves. The Blue group nodes can only be placed in the Yellow group nodes. The green nodes can only be placed in the Blue group nodes. b) These three nodes must be selectable and draggable from a list on the side. c) Full CRUD control over the nodes must be in place. d) As Administrator of system I must have the ability to add, to exh node, any fields I want to all of this will be populated (when a node is created by being dragged from the list into the main Diagram space) from related SQLServe Express tables and fields. e) Each "property"/data field that has been created for a node must has a flag as to whether it appeard in the node or not. f) There must be a Delete button and Data button on each node. Teh Data button will launch a pop-up with ALL that nodes data fields allowing the user to chnage/add etc. The pop-up must be Saved after being chnaged and the respectice database tables and fields updated etc. g) Once a model of nodes has been cretaed it must be saveable as a whole. When it is later opened, the complete "tree" will draw, getting teh right data from teh database. Does that make sense. MUST be HTML 5 and Javascript (or Angular 5/Typescript) so that as "open" and browser-independent as possible.
