I'm just going to paste the reply from the events tickets plus developer here as that's easier than me trying to explain: "Hello Nicholas, I did my first round of testing with your theme. There is some news. It looks like that Emeet Theme Core plugin is the one that is causing the issue. When I did not have that plugin active and I purchased a product, the stock / inventory was properly decreased. When I activated Emeet Theme Core and purchased a product, then the stock got decreased to below zero. (I bought 1 product, then to -1. When I bought 2, then to -2). Other part of the news is that I have tested this with a simple WooCommerce product, so not a ticket. In fact, i have deactivated all the calendar and ticketing plugins. This was a brand new site with only Emeet Theme Core, WooCommerce and the Emeet theme active, nothing else. The issue was happening there as well. So this looks like a conflict between your theme and WooCommerce. So for getting this fixed I would recommend you to reach out to the theme developers, they will be the ones who can help you, since this issue is not related to any of our plugins.
