Fix issues on Wordpress website (Elementor + Astra theme)

We are looking for someone who is proficient in Wordpress and Elementor and especially good at tackling websites speed issues. We need to fix a few issues on the website and increase page speed on both Desktop and mobile. I’d like to know how you fix each issue unless it’s pure coding (as I want to be able to fix some stuff myself next time!) EDITING/ISSUES 1- Fix images on home page grid – make sure they are all the same size without losing quality and without slowing the website 2- Make menu text larger for mobile only ( at the moment it is quite hard to click on links) without affecting the design (except size of font and clickable area for each menu item) 3- Make sticky menu shrink more than currently on scroll on desktop (see screenshot) 4- Fix tab text alignment on FAQ page on desktop (see screenshot) 5- Create a custom 404 page which has a link to our home page and our contact details 6- Add products description in Woocommerce matching the meta description on the related page (see pages list) 7- Browse the website and report any issues on desktop and mobile SPEED Please use gtmetrix and page speed insights 1- Analyse and Remove plugins that are not in use (we currently have 44 but some of those are probably not used at all) – make sure this doesn’t affect the front end design/functionality – this is probably what is causing the speed issues 2- We are currently using WP rocket and would like to keep it – maybe some settings have to be changed to get better speed / Assetcleanup seems like a good plugin that could help – I am not sure how to set it up / I am using snippets plugin and add custom css plugins, maybe this code can be inserted in the main php and css code and those plugins can be deleted – if this can help with site speed 3- Make sure speed is under 3 seconds (please use testing tools for proofing)
