Remove Canadian Blog Content, replace with USA Blog Content

Our company manages a natural health print magazine in Canada that has an online counterpart. The online content is identical to that in the magazine. The Canadian content exists on the website in the /en-ca/ directory.
However, we have released that same content into the USA by cloning the Canadian website into the USA version of the site (located in the /en-us/ directory). This project is to take the written content from our USA magazines (in PDF format), copy and clean up the text and overwrite the WordPress content.
Example: There is a Canadian article called "True Grit" on the website. It was written for Canadians. A USA version of the article exists in a physical magazine, of which we have a PDF. The text from the USA PDF needs to be copied, cleaned up (remove extra spaces) and pasted in place of the Canadian content for the USA version of the site. The Canadian version of the article on the website will stay exactly as it is now. You will only change USA content by referencing USA articles in the PDFs provided.
There are 45 articles that need to be updated with USA language. Each article is approximately 1,000 words each. Each article will likely take approximately 30-minutes to convert from Canadian English to USA English.
The WordPress site is using the Divi Builder to make the content. So it's not plain old WordPress, but a little different in that it uses Divi modules.
Fluent English language comprehension (reading) is required for this project.
