Hi, I don't think it will even need a complete hour also. I can be done in less than a hour hence we have several actions and hooks and changes will be done by overriding the wocommerce in the theme itself and there will be no issue of plugin updates hence your changes will be retained if if the plugin is updated and i have performed this type of task for several different word-press websites.
