Build Zoho Creator App with Zoho Subscriptions Integration

Hello I gone through the requirements in red 1. to manage the CEO Trainer we need to sync users info and there relation to achieve to manage separate records trainer wise 2. when records created by trainer we need track the trainer info as well. 3. for getting the info from the subscription i need to clear about trigger will there any button? or where it payment information will show? please elaborate 4. appoint tab there will be a form appointment calender some info will need to pull from the account booking, will this be other form? lets discuss in details, i am giving you a rough estimation on it.
