3D CAD drawing of old style pencil dim'd drafting front view

Take the attached old school dimensioned drafting and draw it up in modern 3D CAD program. It should be dimensioned and rendered in the appropriate material called out - mostly aluminum. The CAD drawing may also be presented in Exploded View with Bill Of Materials, so that capability should be in the CAD program.
