5 foot tall Lego Batman

I need a 5 foot tall Lego Batman image produced. The finished image will be sliced into as many images as necessary. These images might be 8.5x11, so that 20-30 borderless printouts from a printer will result, when put in the correct order, a 5 foot tall Lego Batman. This is for a child birthday party. It does need to look good, but it doesn't need to look amazing, 0r 1200dpi or whatever. I understand a little about graphic design, and photography. I understand its best when you take a large image and make it smaller, but its bad to take a small image and make it large. Thats where the graphic design person comes in. I don't know if an image can be vectored, and scaled, etc. Its over me head, hence this project. Winner bidder has liberty to find an image of lego batman from the internet that they feel confident they can make 5 foot tall. I'm guessing I'll need a proof, perhaps 1 sliced image from the finished work that I can print out on my end, to check for graniness, granularity. Again, this isn't something thats getting printed in a magazine, but I'd like it to look good, and not all granulated or pixellated.
