Need some minor HTML touch up on my website

I have a website that needs some minor HTML touch up:
- Text spacing is odd in a few places so just make them evenly spaced.
- Take my chat icon from the bottom of the page and move it at the top without moving anything else.
- In the spot where the chat icon was, just put a positive SSL image in it's place
Very basic stuff. Shouldn't take more then 10 minutes if you're experienced. My budget is $5-$10. I'd like this in the same day as it's a small job.
