Fix Htaccess & Keyword Token Issues

There would appear to be some htaccess issues that are causing problems: 1. Dynamic Keyword insertion into the body copy, h1, title tags, description, etc. --- This is a temporary 24 hour link --- Look at the h1, title tag, meta description, body copy - see the "[login to view URL] " ---->[login to view URL] 2. Pagination - click on the bottom pagination --- This is a temporary 24 hour link ---->[login to view URL] This is a very simple custom script. Most likely this is a token and htaccess issues.
