Invitation wizard: Web based dynamic PDF creation from input fields

Hello, I am looking to engage a developer to build an 'invitation wizard' for an existing website. The finished wizard will allow the website visitor to create customised event invitations using a choice of backgrounds and text information. The user will enter their name, select the time and date of their event, and be able to choose the background of the PDF. Other elements of the PDF will be static across all versions (logo, and conditions text). Once generated, the finished PDF should be offered to the user for download. No storage or later retrieval of the completed PDFs (or data) is required.
