Convert CMS site into Wordpress or DRUPAL

Functionality should be similar. once converted to drupal or wordpress Google analytics needs to be added, site map XML generated, proper plugins installed if necessary to make site searchable on google. if Wordpress then SEO plugin needs to be installed.
