Making the subscribe to comments reloaded link not appear on

My site is avelim.co.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.3, on regular browsers, the site uses the theme Weaver 2.2.6 with many customization done by programmers. The site uses subscribe to comments reloaded plugin. In the past, a programmer put a link on each posts that allowed to subscribe to comments for that post. I want to have the option do not show the link on certain posts. I should have a check box under the post to allow for this option. I believe this should be done by creating a custom plugin or amending the subscribe to comments reloaded plugin.
