Electrical estimation

I am looking for an electrical estimator to develop an accurate project estimate for a small commercial project. I don't have any blueprints or plans available, so I'm counting on the estimator's expertise to accurately calculate the cost of the project. The estimator must be experienced in delivering on-time and on-budget electrical projects of this nature. They must be able to provide a detailed itemized list of materials and costs associated with the project. If selected, the estimator will need to provide their customized project estimation within a reasonable amount of time. If the estimator can offer comprehensive cost estimating and contracting services, that is a plus. Thank you for considering my project!
