Hello. I have a multiple page excel spreadsheet, but I need it to have more flexibility. It is for a 10 room facility, and it's purpose is to show projected revenue based on room type, employee job type, and schedule. The current spreadsheet has 10 rooms with two room types. Also there are 11employees with 6 job types. Your task will be to change the current spreadsheet to 40 rooms, 3 room types. and 22 employees with 12 job types. Changes to be made to Revenue Targets Page, Column A -I want to be able to select room type from a dropdown menu, and input the revenue for different room types on the Revenue Target page. Room types are Private Room, Shared Room, Shared Medicaid. Employees Page, Column A -I want to select employee job type from a dropdown menu for each employee. There are 22 employees, and the Employee job types are: Caregiver Med Tech, Caregiver Non-Cert., Kitchen Chef, Kitchen Staff, Nurse, Bookkeeper, Administrator, Director, Admin Assistant, Activity Director, Maintenance Worker, Driver. Also, I would like 4 blank rows at the bottom where I can add new employees if needed. Shifts Page, Column A Row 14 -Change Shift Types to match Employee Job Types above. -Add 10 blank rows where new shifts can be added. Schedule Page Column A -each row under A7 "Staff" should have a dropdown menu where Employee Job type can be selected -each day of the week should have a dropdown where employee job type can be selected, and added to schedule. -There should be room on the schedule for 26 employee types plus 4 blank employee types where future employees can be added. Once the new employees and room types are added all current formulas should still calculate correctly. Please don't hesitate to ask questions. Thank you.
