These must include: The website should have a feature for integration with respected platforms and technologies such as: -Payment gateway: Incorporating a secure and reliable online payment system for hassle-free transactions. -Email notifications: Automated email notifications regarding tenant updates, payment confirmations, maintenance requests etc. -Document storage: A system for storing vital documents such as rental agreements, property documentation, and relevant legal papers. -Social media clickbait and SEO integration: The website must be optimized for search engines and should have provisions for effective social media integration. -Xero integration: For streamlined financial tracking and reporting. As a successful candidate, you should have experience in web development, a strong understanding of user roles and permission, and integration of various technologies. Knowledge of the property management industry would be a bonus. After a few months of trading you will be asked to take up the second phase of the project which will involve: -Tenant management: A system for managing tenant details, their leases, and communication. -Rental listing: An easy-to-use platform where available properties can be listed for rent. -Maintenance request: A feature that allows tenants to easily request property maintenance.
