I have been working part-time as a Recruitment and Operations Account Manager for an Enterprise client on another freelancing platform, covering end to end recruitment, daily operations, admin, employee handbook creation, implementation and HR and payroll SOPs creation, employer branding, payments, assessments, work planning and more.I have also worked for the whole 2020-2021 for Microsoft's freelancer program, as an Operations Lead where I have implemented efficient people profiles and business operations models and aligned processes, and implemented various models as per the company's needs.
I have coordinated the initiation of Microsoft's Consumer Freelancer program - interviewed and hired 150 product tech specialists in 1 month and created and implemented the recruitment policy for the program.
