Android app with login to webview

I need an Android app developed that allows logging-in in order to obtain authentication that subsequently allows calling a URL to present a webview. The app needs to be completed within 2 weeks. I am open to either hourly or fixed pricing. Please provide your preference and an estimation of how many hours would be required and how many dollars. FUNCTIONALITY Login screen with 4 controls: 1 - Login Id – place to enter login id 2 - Password – place to enter password 3 - Login – passes login id, password, and app version via post to a https URL JSON formatted data returned: Login successful or not, Ticket Id If login not successful, return to prompt for logging in If login successful, post various data such as device token, hardware version, os version to a https URL 4 - Remember me – store login credentials via a cookie on the device so user does not have to enter credentials every time app is run. Upon running in the future, if cookie present post to a https URL the stored credentials in order to obtain validation to run app without entering credentials. Home screen Is a webview. The webview allows navigating between various screens and data. Natively a Home button is to always be present that will cause calling the webview again and returning to the initial Home screen. Note that the URLs are currently functioning. An iOS app with this same capability has been completed and is in beta testing.
