IT Portal with advanced functions

I need a web IT portal when registered users can buy and sell products and service. This work require an ongoing collaboration also in future. No hobby coder is requested: only professional team or single but very expert IT engineer. More details in attachment document. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) The project (code, functions. db structure, etc) must be amply documented 5) BEFORE all, i require screenshot and demo (run application) for evalutate the progess of project. 6) User that win the bid, MUST complete the work in right way, listen and understand the buyer needs, and rispect perfectly the project deadline 7) In the bid price, is included assistance (from seller to buyer) for a 30-days period (this period is intented to start in the day after buyer confirm the project complete status and receive the full code and ready-to-run application) 8) If, in the 30-days following the delivery of complete project to buyer (project status complete), one or more bugs are find out, seller MUST correct it for free. 9) After this 30-days period, buyer and seller CAN mantain assistance service, perform new contract 10) If, while the development, seller not respect schedule and not contact the buyer MINIMUM 3 days on week, buyer can remove work assign to seller ## Platform Platform: compatible with every browse in use (IE 4.X and higher), Firefox (1.X and higher), Safari, Opera, Netscape, etc Code: PHP + AJAX DB Structure: MySql Server: Linux ---- IMPORTANT --- 1) Code must be compatible with the most US and EU commercial hosting services 2) Code must be compatible with W3C and others web policies 3) No third parts components or code are accepted
