We are looking for an experienced PHP developer to: 1. Create a script and put it in CRON to automatically send to new users. 2. Create a basic web form which retrieves data from our database and allows us to send an email template to send a user. Email Templates will be provided (3 in total) You should integrate functionality to check: Email Open Rate Click on Links Within The Email You should be able to complete work today Budget: $60
