I am a native Portuguese speaker from Brazil, São Paulo who primarily works as a copywriter and ghostwriter for both languages Portuguese (native) and English (Second language). However, I’ve worked as a teacher shortly before becoming freelancer and received a one month training to work as an English teacher.
One of my first jobs was teaching Portuguese to a Chinese teen everyday for about 1.5 hour. He required to improve his reading skills and I dedicated my time to make interactive lessons for him to learn while having fun.
My writing in Portuguese is considered good based on my ENEM grade. ENEM is a national test applied to students who wants to start college in Brazil. They require the candidate to write a very complex themed essay and the average grade is 500 points, but I got 860 points, which proves my writing ability.
As a Portuguese teacher, I can assure that you’ll learn how to properly write based on the grammatical rules (how to place a comma for example), what to say in specific situations (a job interview f.e) and how to pronounce words and how to speak phrases like a native.
Thank you in advance.
