Odoo Qty on Hand verification

Dear sir, i have had started working on odoo in 2009, it was right from odoo's India office, it's now with several years of experience i have deep understanding of technical and functional aspects of odoo, == Related to Your project I got the point to build a SQL based tool to allows to verify Quantity on Hand, if you want I can build SQL query based view table, it'll be accessible from inside odoo, so you can verify it any time. or if you want raw SQL is fine as well. I'm just wondering, that odoo's "Quantities on Hand" is quite accurately counted on bases of in/out, is there anything happen, so it's not correct? Noted about the Hourly Rate - it's Reasonable. noted for the timeline as well.
