The ideal candidate should have a good level of English and be able to effectively communicate with potential clients. Skills and Experience: - Fluent in English with excellent communication skills - Proven experience in appointment setting or sales - Familiarity with the real estate industry and terminology - Ability to work independently and meet weekly appointment targets - Strong organizational and time management skills This is a commission-based position, with payment based on the number of successful appointments set.
