I need a simple code on Delphi 7 that will change the duration of a wave file. For example, if the duration of a wave file is 3 seconds long, I should be able to re-arrange the duration to another length such as 4 secs or 2,5 secs etc. I need the code immediately.

hi, I've ever made software that processes .wav files in Delphi 7 before. If you're really interested I could do your project. Also, If you feel like I can do it WITHOUT you AWARD it to me. What I mean is that I could make the code and send you the executable file so you can try it out before you award me your project.
