Filming Times Square Billboard Advertisement

I'm looking for a skilled videographer who can capture specific footage of Times Square New York City in 4K with landscape, vertical and square Aspect ratios.. The primary purpose of this footage is to document an advertisement of Qatar Economic Forum being played on a billboard in the area. I also require some shots of the location showcasing that it’s in New York City. Plus some beauty shots of the surrounding areas. Attached file has location details and coordinates for the particular Billboard. Please check anew York City. - The ideal candidate should have prior experience with professional videography, especially in crowded, urban environments like Times Square. - Understanding of lighting and angles to capture the essence of the location is crucial. - Previous experience in commercial filming would be a plus. - Familiarity with the legal aspects of filming in public spaces and obtaining permissions would be preferred.
