If you still send emails to those addresses they will not send back an error message. But I owned a domain that I had email at and shut the server down long ago. If you message an un-hosted domain, it will send an "undeliverable" message in return. So by inference her lawyer incorrectly assumed that if he sent an email to one email address and it does not send an error then that was okay, when compared to the other that sent back a bad email or does not exist. That is flawed, they are assuming, that I would have read it?????? I get a ton of spam, that is why i moved to gmail....
