Hello, We have a single family home in NE Washington, DC. which was built on an existing creek back in 1972. Every time it rains heavily, the basement would flood. We installed a French-drain to elevate the flooding. The water expels onto the driveway which of course freezes with low temps. We would like to connect to the end of that drain, create a trench under the driveway, and extend the drain to expel the water back into the ground before reaching the concrete apron of the driveway. I am looking to have a speed controller designed on paper and part numbers spec'd out (Bill of Material). The speed controller will need to handle 24volt DC 50amps and also have reversing functions. The trick is the input will be from a device outputting 11.1v PWM with 8 amp max for full forward and -11.1v PWM in full reverse. The input also reverses polarity for the reversing function. The input device is a Ring Engineering Railpro LM-3S-G, the manual is attached for reference.

Temperature monitored by 4 x DS18b20+, rotary encoder for menu, 20x04 LCD for display. It could be that I've put something in backwards / upside down or my circuit design is itself bad. I'm stuck, and need someone to help me diagnose the problem - I'm at the very edges . Project was designed in KiCAD. Review the circuit design and PCB layout and determine the problems, and suggest solution and any general areas for improvement.
