Hi Sukanta M., I need to find out if you are able to convert P-CAD circuit board files to Gerber files, so that we can have a circuit board manufacture them for us. The P-CAD files were created in 2001 for us by another company that is no longer in business. The circuit board is very similar to the circuit board layout you recently made for us. I need is a ubikey, so you press on the blue part in picture 2 and that will generate a password and send it to the pc it is plugged in to (USB). The pcb should be roughly 2cm by 0.5cm (basically just a small usb) The deliverables are the same as last time (gerber files, bom etc & the altium project files). From a previous project, we received a PCB desing but unfortunatelly it has some misstakes like the following. - line spacing not homogenious and not with > 50µm spacing) - lines are not centered within the contact pad - lines are ending without beeing connected - solder stop layer not correct applied We can provide the .dxf and the gerber data to modify/copy the design. => we expect the corrected .dxf and gerber data back in ideally .DSN and .BRD files Attached, you can see the "misstakes" made.

I have all of the gerber files and schematics of the pcb required for production, but I unfortunately don't have the project files. I am attaching the image of the changes needed to be done to the pcb and I will need all of the production files for it as well. The main point of the changes is to reduce the length of it. Design a circuit board for a small sensor (SGP30) on a 10mm x 20mm board. The edge of the board will have 8 pads to solder pins to, spacing at 2.5mm (like a normal header, but no holes). The SGP30 is a chemical sensor that uses 2 resistors and a capacitor. 1.8vlts supplied, plus ground and scl and sda.
