We have a custom instagram app sort of like instagress but not the same thing. When a member is actively paying, and hooked up to the system, they are supposed to show up as an "active member state". When they have not paid, or their password is incorrect, they are supposed to show up as "inactive member state". Right now, we are experiencing a bug where users are showing as active, even though they are not properly hooked up to the system, meaning they are not actually receiving services even though the system is telling them they are active.
