Many people say this is not possible but there are a few apps that can do this. I need an Android project in JAVA not Kotline and maybe with C++ code that integrates seemlessly which allows me to record a phone call. Technically I do not need a recorded file - I need an AudioRecord object returned that I can plug into my current code so I can process the phone audio NOTE: This is not for voice but for things like dial tones etc so AudioSource.VOICE_RECOGNITION does not work because it seems to block / noise cancel the audio I need.
