I have a very very small, simple website. It has 5 pages. Most of the content is updated weekly. What I have so far I hand coded in HTML/CSS/JS. It is very functional and provides the data displays I want. However, it looks horrible. I really need someone that can come in and spruce it up a bit so it looks nice. Most pages are HTML tables with some basic CSS formatting that report data, again updated each week.
