3d Scan mesh to solid

Hello, I have a 3d Scan of an air vent which I scanned using a CR lizard and imported the mesh to Fusion 3D. I can get it to print OK however it is not hollow which is what is required to make it functional. An attempt has been made to reconstruct the object using sections however i've hit the wall with my skills here. I think the best way to do this is to re-draw the item as a solid to make it 3d printable and functional. Despite my best efforts to re-draw, I lack the skills required to do so successfully. I would like somebody to redraw the item, which would allow me to print the object as a hollow object therefore allowing me to use it as an air vent.
