I'm seeking an experienced 3D artist to create a detailed rendering of a modern residential property along with its site layout. Here's what I'm looking for: - **Purpose**: To visualize a residential space with an architectural design that's sleek, minimal, and contemporary. - **Scope**: - Exterior 3D rendering of the house - Accurate site layout including landscaping and surroundings - **Ideal Candidate**: - Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp) - Experience with architectural projects, specifically modern designs - Ability to interpret architectural plans and drawings - Strong portfolio showcasing relevant past work - Good communication skills for progress updates and feedback The final product should convey the look and feel of the proposed modern architecture, giving a realistic sense of the space and environment. Please include your timeframe for completion and any previous work samples that align with this project's needs. Attached is a picture of the existing house (Front of [login to view URL]). It needs detailing to integrate it with the ADU I want to build which is the Ren3Dimages.pdf. [login to view URL] need to be sited 10 feet behind the existing house with the center line of Ren following the left line of the existing house. The lot is 80 feet wide and 120 feet long. So the midpoint of REN will be 20 feet from the east side of the lot. The front of the existing house you are viewing is the front and you are looking at it from the north. The site is the Numbers 7 and 8 of the attached plat map.
